01 — How the board works
Every trip below is a scheduled departure with a set date, a set group size and a published price per person. Nothing is assembled after you ask: you choose a date from the 2025 board and the seat is held against it.
Groups run from 8 to 14 travellers and travel by coach or overnight train depending on the route. Each departure covers 4 to 7 nights in budget-category hostel accommodation, in multi-share or twin rooms. The exact room type and location are confirmed in the booking terms.
From prices are per person and cover transport, hostel nights, city transfers, a coordinator and the booking fee exactly as itemised in each row. Food, museum tickets and optional excursions sit in a separate "Not included" list, so the total you see is the total you settle.

Pick the departure you are watching from the 2025 departure table and send it over. You get a line-item quote for your group size, and the booking terms, cancellation rules and full receipt arrive before any payment.
