Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data brystoxia.com collects, why, with whom we share it and what rights you have under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX.

2. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact data: name, date of birth, email, phone, address.
  • Booking data: student ID number, passport data (number, issuing authority, validity) required by carriers and hostels, programme and preferences.
  • Payment data: invoices and transaction references; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, with your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies) and for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with carriers, hostels and hotels, and with payment and IT providers acting as our processors. We do not sell your data. Transfers outside Ukraine are made only with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and security

Data is kept only for the booking, accounting and statutory periods, then deleted or anonymised. We apply access controls, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality duties.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Write to contact@brystoxia.com; we reply within 30 days.

7. Cookies and marketing

Non-essential cookies load only after your prior consent. Marketing emails or SMS are sent only with your opt-in and always include an unsubscribe route.

8. Complaints and changes

Complaints may be sent to contact@brystoxia.com or filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX. Updates to this policy are published here.
