2. Booking
A booking becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and the deposit is paid. Before booking we provide information on the trader, service, total price and complaint and refund terms (Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX; Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-ВР).
3. Price
Included: the confirmed programme, accommodation, transport and listed services. Excluded unless stated: visas, insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, unlisted meals, tips and bank or payment-provider fees.
4. Payment and minimum group size
A deposit is due at booking and the balance by the date in your confirmation. Where a minimum number of travellers is required, it is stated in the programme; if it is not reached, we notify you before the deadline and offer an alternative or a full refund.
5. Itinerary changes
We may make reasonable changes for safety, weather, transport schedules or events beyond our control, and will inform you promptly of material changes.
6. Cancellation, liability and complaints
Cancellation and refund terms appear in your confirmation and in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We are liable for proper performance of the services within the limits of Ukrainian law. Complaints: contact@brystoxia.com. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court (Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
